Well done Janice N. on your exceptional loaves of sourdough!!!
As a pastry chef and instructor, one of my favorite things is to receive photos of students trying the recipes that we learned in class. Sourdough does not have to be intimidating, it does not have to be difficult, and as you see above, it is very doable in your own home. I taught a sourdough demo class last week .pams.kitchen . So happy to see wonderful results.

Thank you for having Petunia & Honey come out and teach a bread class to all of you lovely ladies. This was a demonstration class, everyone sat and sipped on wine while watching and learning about my rustic bread loaf. The bread samples were made for everyone to try, and the host added on a take home mini loaf. Great class ladies.

My Macaron class at .pams.kitchen is one of my favorites. We had so much fun. We celebrated birthdays, made all the macs, spoke about future classes, and everyone's macs turned out fabulous. The photo of macs below, is the finished product of a student in class. They look amazing, well done.

As we are nearing the arrival of baby number two, here are a few items I am making in bulk and freezing for postpartum. Sourdough sandwich bread, sourdough discard crackers, Scottish shortbread and a few of my cinnamon sour cream coffee cake loves. Remember that a freezable option for those mamas with a new baby is heaven sent. Weather you make a freezer meal, or make some cookies that you can pop in the freezer, spoil that mama.
I know I have been MIA, I miss teaching and can't wait until springtime ๐Ÿ˜˜. However I am so looking forward to hibernation with my two girls, big sister can't wait. โค๏ธ
