*Sanitized everything used with vinegar & boiling water.*
Hands cleaned with soap & water & sanitized with vinegar.
I have made some vodka and bourbon bottles today! This has been so much fun and seriously relaxing.
I’ve also made TWO types of sourdough starters today. One sour and one sweet.
I finished up my onion powder seasoning last night and my garlic powder seasoning this morning.
Replacing store bought junk with home made Whole Foods has made my head explode with serotonin. Can’t wait to share the vanilla with you all and then in the future some seasonings and breads 😍.

I am going to have to make a new pricing list.
Sorry, I severely underestimated the costs here.
It won’t go up by too much.
I was scouting out alcohol made vanilla at Walmart yesterday and saw that 2oz costs 10$ and thought they were crazy until I just started making it and used up a lot of my supplies in just 3 bottles 🥴.
I’ll update a price list soon. I’m busy bottling the good stuff right now ❤️.

Hey Hey!

Welcome to Vanilla Vault- 40330!

While we wait for the launch date, I’ll introduce myself and why I chose to start this business.
My name is Kathryn Mills. I am a wife, momma, and registered nurse who started off 2024 with the goal of eliminating as many processed, artificial, store bought foods from my home as possible. While researching foods that I can make at home, I came across vanilla extract. Although it is a lengthy process to have ready to consume vanilla, it will definitely pay off with the best flavor and quality possible. I love to cook and bake any chance I get, just ask my coworkers 👌🏻. Having top shelf ingredients is important to me when sharing baked goods with others.
A little bit about the process of vanilla making:
It takes around 5-6 months for your vanilla to be at optimal flavor for use. You may use it at 2 months, but it is recommended that you wait to get the best flavor.
For now, I am offering vanilla made with vodka, but will soon offer it made with Kentucky bourbon.
Pre orders are limited and will (hopefully) begin on January 30th!
⭐️I will take 10 preorders on the 8.5 fl oz bottles & 5 preorders on the 16 fl oz bottles. ⭐️

Fun fact: •Your vanilla beans are good for TWO uses. Meaning you can top off your bottle with its volume worth of vodka after each use or you can empty it and refill once.
I will also offer a discounted refill rate once they reach their expectancy.
• Homemade vanilla lasts forever, but it is recommended that you use within 5 years for flavor purposes. After 5 years, the flavor starts to fade.
