Fun fact about me: I’m getting ready to play my first WUL game today with ! 🥏 I had tons of fun making a red velvet cheesecake to celebrate the occasion and distract myself from the pre-game stress 😉 I’ve never made a cheesecake quite like this one before, do you think I should make them more often??

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! ☘️
What better way to celebrate than with a Mint Chocolate cheesecake?? I made this one with a piped cloud border, hand-piped green shamrocks, and gold nuggets made with Andes mints.

And when I say this is one of the best flavors… 🤤😋

Happy PI Day! 🥧 I sent my husband to work today with a chocolate almond cheesecake to share with his coworkers. The top just looked so perfect that I couldn’t get myself to cover it with whipped cream like I did with the last one!

Which design do you like better, the little sliced almonds or the whipped cream swirls? 🤔

Happy Valentine’s Day! 💕

These cookies and cream cheesecakes start with an Oreo crust, have a plain filling with tons of Oreo bits, and are topped with sour cream frosting, more Oreo pieces, and a whipped cream border.

Which whipped cream border do you prefer? The never-ending rope, or the extra tall rosettes?? 🤔

Introducing the pumpkin chocolate chip cheesecake! 🎃🍪This flavor was inspired by my all-time favorite pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe, and it’s perfect for fall! 🍂

This cheesecake has an Oreo crust, a cinnamon-y pumpkin filling, and it’s loaded with chocolate chips and pumpkin cookie dough bits. It’s topped with whipped cream swirls, and cookie halves.

If you like piña coladas…

then you’ll love this piña colada cheesecake! Pineapple and coconut and cream cheese are a match made in heaven I think. And a shortbread & macadamia-nut crust is the perfect complement.

Also, I will be in Lehi on Thursday and Friday of this week! I can accept orders through tomorrow night to be picked up Thursday night or during the day Friday.
