Hello everyone! Firstly, welcome to Little Splash of Spice!🎉🎉🎉
This little creation has been something in the works for a while and has finally become reality! So.. here’s a bit about this sweet little creation😊

Sweets: One of the happiest, most amazing things on earth… but you shouldn’t have to choose between going against your dietary restrictions or living in the moment and having that warm delicious cookie.
As someone who has dealt with dietary restrictions after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease 6 years ago, I get it. The frustration of sticking to no gluten, dairy, sugar, etc. gets overwhelming and hard to find yummy treats that you can trust.
Little Splash of Spice has been created with health as the priority, while also being able to just have that cookie! This page will hold any and all treats for sale, recommendations for yummy snacks, sweets, drinks, all things health that’s actually worth trying. So follow and come along on the journey of health, all things treats, and just having that cookie with Little Splash of Spice!
