The pop up menu is hereeeeeee!!!

Before anyone asks, yes, I am fully aware that this is an aggressive amount of baking for one woman in her home kitchen. But at this point, are we even surprised? 😂

I’ve been planning this event for MONTHS, and I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been working on!

We’ve got some of your tried and true favorites, a brand new loaf, and a few things that don’t make an appearance on my menu very often!

From cheddar pretzel sourdough to maple bacon scones, oatmeal cream sandwiches, and everything in between, I think there’s a little something for everyone!

And this is just the beginning! I’ll also have my granola, pancake mixes, brownie mixes, and plenty of other goodies available to grab while you’re here!

No preorders for this one! Just show up, shop, hang out with some awesome small businesses, and let me convince you that you definitely need more baked goods in your life. 😂

HOW are we already talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas?! Because I swear we were just ringing in 2026 and now I’m over here planning holiday menus. 😂🎄

But your girl is ON IT. My calendar is officially planned out through the end of the year, and I’ve got some fun things up my sleeve!

I’ll be sharing where you can find me, holiday preorder information, special menus, and all that good stuff soon!

BUTTTT I wanted to give you a little heads-up! 👀

If you’re thinking about placing a specialty order for the holidays, NOW is the time to get on my books! Whether it’s treats for coworkers, teacher gifts, family gatherings, Christmas parties, client gifts, or just something fun you have in mind, START TALKING TO ME NOW!

Because here’s the thing… this holiday season is going to look a WHOLE lot different than last year. Apparently everyone and their mother in Central Pennsylvania knows about their favorite sourdough girl now, and while I absolutely LOVE that for us, it also means my calendar is going to fill up a whole lot faster. 😂

I’m still just one girl with a home kitchen, a whole lot of butter, and a slightly concerning amount of ambition.

🍂 Sunday, October 25: PATIO POP-UP! 12–2 PM! Come hang out, shop some amazing small businesses, and grab all the sourdough goodies!

👻 Saturday, October 31: Halloween self-serve stand AND preorders! Preorders open October 24 at 10 AM!

🎄 Saturday, November 7: Holy Name Craft Show from 8:30 AM–1 PM! No self-serve stand this weekend!

🦃 Saturday, November 14: No regular preorders or self-serve stand, BUT Thanksgiving preorders officially OPEN!

🎁 Saturday, November 21: Find me at the CD East Craft Show!

🥧 Wednesday, November 25: Thanksgiving preorder pickups!

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know this loaf has quite the fan club. 😂 And honestly, I get it! It’s one of those loaves that people try once and keep coming back for!

I couldn’t possibly put together a menu for one of my biggest events of the year and leave this guy out!

TWO. MORE. CLASSES. 👏🏼🍞

That’s right, friends! I officially have TWO sourdough classes left for the rest of 2026!

So if you’ve been telling yourself that you’re going to learn how to make sourdough, this is your sign to FINALLY do it! 😂

Imagine showing up to Thanksgiving or Christmas with a gorgeous homemade loaf of sourdough and casually being like, oh yeah, I made that. 💁🏼‍♀️

Because after these last classes, your favorite sourdough girl is hanging up her teaching apron until 2027!

One of my favorite things is chatting with some of you at events and seeing the look on your face when I casually mention that I ALSO HAVE THREE KIDS UNDER FIVE. 😆

Yes, friends. In addition to running Smoker Sourdough Co., I am also running a small circus at home. And quite frankly, the circus is a lot harder to manage. 😂

So when you see me at events, teaching classes, or running around without my kids, just know that I have a pretty incredible husband at home holding down the fort. He is truly the best dad to our kiddos, and I couldn’t do half of what I do without him!

But if you happen to see me looking like a chicken with my head cut off, there’s a VERY good chance I’m trying to juggle 23 business tasks while also tending to the needs of three tiny, very demanding gremlins who all apparently need something from me at the exact same time. Iykyk.

Building a business is challenging. Building a business while raising little humans? THAT is an entirely different ballgame.

There are days when I feel like I’m absolutely crushing it, and then there are days when I realize it’s 2 PM, I haven’t eaten lunch, someone needs their butt wiped, and I have 300 cookies to bake. LOL.

So to all my fellow parents who are trying to build something while also raising a family, I SEE YOU. I respect the heck out of you. Because this is not for the weak. 😂

You’ll probably see me with my kids sometimes, and you may even get a message from me in the middle of the night because that’s when my brain finally remembered something I needed to tell you. And sometimes, I’ll have to reschedule something approximately one billion times because the kiddos are always going to come first.

But hey, that’s the reality of building a business while raising a family. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🖤

Your lunch plans just got a whole lot better. 🤤🍪

I just dropped off a fresh batch of my Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peanut Butter Tandy Cake to my friends over at Luongo BBQ!

So here’s what you’re gonna do. Go grab yourself some of the best bbq around, and then make sure you save a little room for dessert because I happen to know a girl who makes a pretty dang good chocolate chip cookie. 💁🏼‍♀️😂

And if you haven’t tried my Peanut Butter Tandy Cake yet, you’re seriously missing out!
