This carrot cake was packed with carrots, coconut, pecans, and all the yummy spices and then topped with the most delicious cream cheese frosting! 😋

I’ve decided to take a break from cakes for a while. Working full time and trying to keep up with daily life is hard enough. Throw a baking business in there and I’m completely exhausted. Summertime is coming and I want to enjoy it with my kiddos! ☀️
