I am heading to the Alex Warren show at the CHI Health Center this Friday evening! 🎤✨ I am so excited to finally hear my favorite song, "You Can't Stop This," live!

Even though I’ll be on the road, I am keeping the stand open for our regular Friday hours!

The stand will be fully stocked for our regular Self-Serve window: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Im sold out on extras! I also had a few clients message about father's day orders.

Unfortunately, I will not be doing father's day orders, I know not everyone was here to know this, but losing my dad in a house fire was quite tragic (the reason I took a break from my business previously). I will be taking that time off and not taking any orders, to spend time with my kids and husband.

Happy Friday my amazing people!

Also i have an idea but I need YOU to tell me if you are interested.

Long story short im on a health journey and I've been squeezing in protein and meal prep into everything I possibly can. I run into the issue of being exhausted and busy to cook alot of the time and I was thinking since its summer, kids are out, parents are busy maybe I could help others since I'm already setting aside the time to meal prep it for myself.

What I meal prep currently and was wanting to offer on a pre-order basis

-protein waffles that can be frozen and heated up in the microwave/toaster or however you like to do it
-Also i call it egg bake but its usually a ton of eggs, cottage cheese, fresh herbs, spinach, or other veggies low in carbs, and either bacon, sausage or ham. This can also be frozen or kept in the fridge for 3-5 days.

I'd make up a menu and dates, but let me know what you all think?

You guys know what time it is!!!!

Wedding cake tasting boxes season! It only comes around TWICE a year. Every 6 months and is the perfect opportunity to try the most popular cake combos i have to offer!

While i call them wedding cake tasting boxes, they can definitely be purchased for any reason at all! No judgement here if you just want a box of cake, a fork and your favorite TV show (what is your favorite TV show?? Mines been the Rookie but waiting on a new season. Ugh.)
