‼️Good morning! Bittersweet post alert‼️

So, I dont know how to really start a post like this- but ive decided to start watching a few kids this year like a mini daycare situation, that being said, I will NOT be doing the farm stand any longer starting end of September.

I will be going back to pre-orders, cakes, cupcakes, bundt cakes etc only again. But am going to start limiting pickup dates to days im not watching kids (saturday and Sundays)

The farmstand has really been so fun, but 5 kids means I just wont have time to do it, and I want to give all my energy and focus towards the kids. I also am a homeschooling mom, my priority is teaching and taking care of these babies(i know they are toddlers but shh). Im so very excited for this next chapter, and truly believe it is God's will and His plan for me in my life. I only took on a small amount of kids so that I can truly focus, teach and give them one on one attention, which I believe is important for children's development.

But I want to say again, I am STILL taking orders for cakes, cupcakes etc. I LOVE my bakery business, I LOVE it.

Everyone thats supported my stand, and has placed orders thank you so so much, I truly appreciate you.

Also- if you need tomatoes i have SO MANY I cant keep up 🍅

Also look at this praying mantis i found on my peppers, I just backed away and decided those were her peppers now, my husband doesn't really need cowboy candy that bad 😭🤣

Get to know me post

Hi everyone! Ive gained so many new followers the past week so I decided it was time for another get to know me post!

My name is Tayler, I live in harlan iowa with my amazing husband Alex Tague, we've been together since we were 14 in high-school, and we are both 27 ☺️, we have two amazing toddlers blakely and william. We are a homeschooling family, that loves spending time in the garden, going to the zoo, and worshipping our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Ive been doing this for... years, I think 5? I cant remember LOL. My business allows me to be a SAHM and homeschool the kids. I also do work part-time at the local fareway, usually will catch me watching fast lanes or being a checker one or 2 days of the week lol.

I really really love baking, my favorite being, coming up with different recipes and flavor combinations. I love the peace and getting lost into decorating a cake, cupcakes, bundt cakes.

Also seeing my clients reactions to their cakes really makes my heart so full. It truly has brought tears to my eyes. I believe this is a gift God gave me to love and serve my neighbors.

I have a bakery stand at my house to allow clients easy access to my baking without having to place large orders, and it gives me space to sell and share my garden fresh veggies. I really love talking and connecting with people so if you see me outside in the garden or the stand please stop and say hi!

To the clients who have been here all these years thank you for your continued support, and to the new ones, welcome to the family, and im so glad you've found my page! ❤️🙌

LOCATION: 1701 8TH STREET, HARLAN IOWA 51537 / OPEN UNTIL SOLD OUT OR DARK

I have the stand open early, and stocked with tomatoes: red slicing and cherry, generously priced. All income goes right back into the garden for more fresh veggies the next season (im leaning more blueberry bushes and raspberry bushes and strawberries?! Or is that because I have toddlers 😄)

What's left of the bundt cakes is in the cooler!
