That Takes the Cake Show Austin 2022 2nd place winner in Adult Intermediate Buttercream Single Tier. These all buttercream flowers were hand piped and made with with a palette knife. I used color splash colors and dusts to create these beautiful fall colors.

That Takes the Cake Show Austin 2022 1st place winner in Adult Intermediate Small Bites. These eyes were all hand painted with Simi Cakes edible color splash or the Sugar Arts dusts on fondant circles on delicious chocolate cupcakes.

Art has always been part of my life. I am thankful to be able to apply it to my sweet treats.

That Takes the Cake Show Austin 2022 3rd place winner in Intermediate Special Techniques. This bunny is all modeling chocolate with exception of the wafer paper fantasy flower.

I really love sculpting with my scratch made modeling chocolate. I take an image in my head, use an edible material like modeling chocolate and bring it to life. It is so satisfying to see my final result place in the competition.

Everything on this cake is edible! Modeling chocolate Manaiakalani (Maui's hook), fondant frangipanis, fondant swirl, and green sugar cookie crumbs.

I am from out of town and called them up short notice twice and they are amazing to work with. My son is on Fort Hood and they deliver to him on time and so polite and professional. Both times my son and the soldiers loved the cake, cake pops and brownies. Thank you and I will always use this place for future orders.
