Thank you Ryan for taking on the real life Pillsbury dough girl who eats cookies for a living…“Earn Those Carbs” may be the most literal ever of all your clients. You put up with me talking about my latest bake for NoFork, or my meal prep creations to make something taste like dessert—with cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs or protein powder of course—between sets.
