One year of sourdough!
My first market I planned to make 12 loaves and last minute decided to make 24. I went to market so nervous thinking I would take half of the bread home. Now I make around 100 loaves a week for various markets. Plus muffins, pizza crusts pancake mixes and cookies! Developing my own cookie recipe was the start to creating many more recipes all with sourdough and all fermented 12-36 hours. I’ve always loved working with my hands, creating and one day hoped to have a business. Thank you thank you to everyone that has made that a reality!!! Getting to have my babies sleep upstairs or play in the other room while I bake and work is a joy.
I love you all!
