This is helpful information! If you buy our eggs, you'll see a date written on each egg. That date was the date it was collected! So if it's been 2 weeks since that date, please refrigerate!

We have three bantam chickens, but two of them are roosters. So, any bantam eggs we get are from the one and only bantam hen, Spot. Bantam is a general term for a smaller version of any breed of chicken, so their eggs are smaller, too. Here, you can see a bantam egg next to the egg of our Rhode Island Red, Rhodie.

We will be delivering today, so if you need a dozen, let us know asap!
