Dear friends, I’ve been thinking of how I wanted to write this post for awhile now.
Best thing to do in my opinion is be honest and lay it out.
I’ve been asked multiple times recently if we are still in business.
Truth is, not so much.
With the staggering decline of our economy and Nation as a whole, small business owners have suffered greatly.
For several years now I’ve not been able to order the key ingredients in many of my recipes, as most were small businesses that have gone under themselves.
With the continual increase in inflation, and less concern from our governing bodies for small town America, I have decided to close up shop.
Truth be told, it’s not due to just one puppet filling a seat, we’re all to blame for what has happened to our country.
Complacency, frivolity, and laziness has brought us to where we are today.
My path in life has shifted from joyfully feeding the people, to fighting for the People.
I want to thank each of you for your support and love through the good years we had.
Y’all have blessed me beyond what my imagination could’ve conjured when writing that first recipe, for that I thank you.
Hang tough, support small businesses, vote with your dollar, and RISE to every challenge.
