Another great class, or should I say classes! It was an exhausting day, but in a good way! We had a snaffu, out of all our control in the morning, so class was started late. I’m blessed everyone could make it and we had a great time.
The beginner class is always fun, but this day we had an advanced class as well. We made the buttercream in class. Even in an air conditioned place, you still have to deal with the warmth from your own hands. I had a couple of my own flowers slump from being hot hands! In the end I hope everyone learned something. Everyone seemed to have a good time- that’s always important, and everyone took home beautiful cupcakes!
