I use dedicated gluten free kitchen equipment and keep peanuts out of the kitchen! I love the challenge of baking new recipes and incorporating new ingredients so if you're one of those that can never eat dessert and always hear "oh, I forgot....you can't eat this," hand my number to your friends and family, so the next time you won't be forgotten!
