A cat got a hold of this beautiful baby bunny. I've called a rescue and left a message..:if anyone knows of any places or people to call please let me know.
I can not tell its injuries as it's terrified. Hopefully it's okay but I'm scared to let it out and it get further injured.
Not sure what to do.

Two weeks after the bite and admitted.
A hug from my baby boy that I hadn't seen and finally able to hold him after I was told I was in organ failure/septic shock.
3 rounds of antibiotics through a picc line for months and sent home with continued IV antibiotics.
Took a long time to learn how to walk again and months of scraping.
The first day I was able to walk on my own.
4 pictures. Just part of my story.
Just a Bite.
More than a name.

Baking brought me out of a very deep depression and helped ease PTSD.
It brought me back to life. 🥰💪👩‍🍳

Life is too short not to love, be kind, and do what makes you happy.

Just kidding. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Proof is in the pudding...or...spider bite in my case.🕷️
I'm making new pastries I've never made today. A couple I've been wanting to make SO BADLY. Both from France.
One of which will take 2 days to make.
And infusing some items for a challenge. You know I love a challenge.
The Zserbó cake I was working on has been interesting.... As it typically uses apricot jam but developing the correct acidity for the jam has been challenging. Store bought isn't happening. Finding the correct tart and sweet is the part of this cake that I'm trying to get down. As I know this jam will be a crucial part and its flavor will develop further as it soaks into that sponge cake and marries the remaining layers of sponge, nuts and dark chocolate. Too tart. No good. Too sweet. Absolutley not.
Looking for that right porridge, making mistakes, and always learning.💜

Due to unforeseen events
There will be no event tomorrow at BJ's.

However...
I will keep on pushing and keep on swimming.
I have so many people helping me, believing in me, and I can't thank everyone enough!

Thank you for your support!
I will be making donuts, cupcakes, cookies and unfrosted jumbo cinnamon rolls (I'll also have my sticky pecan jumbos for sale) for pick ups and I'll advise when available. 😊
I look forward to playing in a big commercial kitchen...and I will. One way or another. I will. 👩‍🍳

The ups and downs of life.
But when I really sit back...and think
When something or someone is negative and a negative outcome is the result....then something right after positive...and beautiful...just smacks me to remind me that not everyone or anything is bad.
There are really true and good people out there and I'm so happy I have crossed paths with every single one of them.
For every one negative I seem to get back even more positivity and encouragement.

A family gave me this.
Someone very talented and artistic crafted this card. MADE IT! It's beautiful. It's art. It reminds me how wonderful people can be. I was handed it today after a negative event happened and all I can think about is how lucky am I? To be thought of?

Small acts of kindness go so far.

*I forgot to add to my menu- I'll have healthy freshly made pup treats for the fur babies!
Some will have coconut oil for health benefits some won't as I know not all pups can tolerate. It helps my dog tuna with her joints!
They'll be soft treats. Needing refrigeration but can be frozen.
I'll also make doggy health gummies for the little older ones that may have a harder time chewing this however those will contain coconut oil which I'll have labeled. 🥹🐾
