New from Effie's Goodies is this Gluten Free Toasting and Sandwich Bread! Not from the freezer case at the grocery store but fresh out of the oven. This particular loaf is also dairy free! Olive oil in place of butter, coconut milk in place of milk. Yes. all of you Effie's Goodies fans can have FRESH gluten free bread on your table!

The latest cake creation from Effie's Goodies is this "you are my sunshine" inspired cake for the 1st birthday of a special little girl! It is a 4 layer chocolate cake filled and frosted with homemade buttercream. It is decorated with sun sugar cookies, dainty drop flowers and a sugar pearl "1". Easter is just over 2 weeks away! The latest cookies from Effie's Goodies are this riff on a traditional Italian cookie. The blue cookie dough is flavored blueberry, the white dough is vanilla flavored and the red dough is raspberry flavored.
