This weekend!!

This weekend we welcome the NH Towing Association who is celebrating their 50th Annual Hampton Beach Tow Rodeo and Trade Show this year. These trucks are arriving already, but they will be featuring some fun demonstrations, good food, raffles and vendors on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. If you are here for the weekend, you will most certainly be woken up on Sunday morning at 9 a.m., as these trucks put on their truck parade, honking their horns all the way!!

SPRING 2022 FAQ

Open Bathrooms:

Marine Memorial Bathhouse:
(A St.) open year round from 7:30am-7pm

North Beach Bathhouse
(High St.) open year round from 8:00am-6:30pm

South Pavilion Bathhouse
(F St.) open year round from 7:30am - 8:00pm

**If you have any problems or questions about restrooms please call the NH State Parks at 603-926-8990

When do the stores/restaurants/arcades open?

Starting in March some of the restaurants and shops will begin to open (at least on weekends) soon. But as the weather starts to warm up there will be places that open up when the weather is good too. We will post updates for places as they open with further info in future posts. The ARCADES are NOT YET OPEN. We will make an announcement as soon as we learn that they have opened.

When will the website be updated with events and the correct dates on the pages for each event?

We are in the process of completely re-doing our website. As soon as we get the new website up, you will see that all of the dates will be updated.

Some Dates for Events:

Sand Sculpting Competition: June 16-18 with sculptures up through June 26, 2022.

Children's Week: August 15-19, 2022

Monday Night Movies: July 11 - August 29, 2022

Parking: Metered parking starts on April 1, 2022 with operating hours from 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days per week. The cost is $1 per hour from April 1st through April 30th. on May 1st, the price goes up to $2 per hour for the summer.

Dogs on the Beach: You are allowed to have/walk your dog on the beach through April 30th.

Horses on the Beach are also allowed on the beach through April 30th.

Congratulations to Cameron Garriepy who is the winner of our Cover Photo Contest. This collage represents 12 years of her son enjoying Blinks on the beach with her family. FLASH CONTEST! We are doing a little contest to bring some sunshine back after a few rainy days! We have a couple of leftover t-shirts (the shirts worn by our staff during the summer) and we would like to give one away. The other will be given away at a later date.

Here's how you can win. Send us a photo or series of photos for us to post as our new cover photo. It should be horizontal, ideally, or able to be cropped for that spot, and it MUST include either location of Blink's taken in recent years, or a photo of a family member or members enjoying Blink's Frydoe.

The winner will receive either a size Medium v-neck t-shirt (women's) or a size Large crew neck (men's or women's) t-shirt. Winner's choice.

Contest ends Friday, October 29 at 6 p.m.

YES, we ARE open (H St. location only) TODAY ONLY until 5 p.m. as we wrap things up. This is the LAST day we will be open for the season. Come get your final FryDoe of 2021. :) If we don't see you today, we look forward to seeing you in the spring!

This is our last 'official' day that we are open (we are still at the C Street location until 8 p.m.) but if you feel like having one final FryDoe of the season, check in tomorrow; we will probably be there doing some final clean-up. If we do open, we will announce it here!

We would like to thank everyone who supported us this summer by enjoying some FryDoe when they were at the beach! We will have a special giveaway coming up in the days/weeks ahead. Again, thank you for visiting us this season and we will see you in the spring for sure. Remember, we are always the first to open in the spring! :)

**Please note that some locations may be closed during the week or have limited hours. After the regular season, hours generally depend on many factors, including weather and staffing. This list is not all-inclusive but was verified during the past week. Sebastian "Subby" Privitera was at it again, creating this message on the sand at Hampton Beach for today. Also, today at the Seashell Stage, there was a beautiful remembrance, "September 11th, 2001: A 20 Year Tribute." We will NEVER FORGET. Today, and every day, we will always remember, not only the events of 9/11 but the War that followed and all who were lost - civilian, first responders, and service members. May they all continue to Rest in Peace.

Who is coming to the the Cirque du Hampton Beach tonight!? Just to break things down a bit we are going to have two "Acts" in one show! The night starts out with a hilarious comedy juggling show followed by a thrilling circus show featuring acrobats, aerialists, hula hoopers, live music and more! Bring your family, bring your friends! Bring the kids! This is a FREE family-friendly show!

Presented to you by the Boston Circus Guild and the Hampton Beach Village District. Hosted by the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation.
