After you fill out this order form, I will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is finalized. Orders for the week will need to be submitted and pre-paid by 5pm on Wednesdays and will be available for pickup Friday afternoon. Items can be picked up from my home in Hampstea...

What makes sourdough so special? And have you had REAL sourdough bread?

Sourdough > any store-bought bread!

Sourdough bread differs from ordinary bread in two key ways. First, instead of packaged yeast, sourdough starter is used. Starter is made from fermented flour and water, cultured with wild yeasts that naturally exist in the air. Additionally, the dough slowly ferments as it rises for up to two days. This lengthy fermenatation process gives sourdough bread it's tangy flavor, pillowy soft crumb and crusty exterior.

Meet The Sour Bubble! It all started with my daughters love of sourdough and a starter given to me by a friend for Christmas. She also gifted me a few baking supplies (even though I had no idea what some of them were)! LOL Since then I've been making all things sourdough and sharing my starter as well. It's been a humbling experience and is like therapy and meditation for me! It truly brings me so much JOY. I'm so excited to share my sourdough with the community! Let's get rising together!
