That's right, Freya from BreadHeads bakery graciously gave us the scraps from her infamous (and perfectly square) Lemon Bars. We socked these away and conditioned our base cobbler on these delectable scraps for our 𝐓𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐫: 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫!

With a heavy heart, but a clear conscience, it is time for us to say goodbye to BreadHeads Bakery. Unfortunately, we have suffered catastrophic equipment failures which have made it impossible for us to continue offering products and services that are consistent with our standards. We cannot begin to thank you all for your love and support over the last four years… the community has rallied around us time after time and for that we are forever grateful. So, let’s make a toast (see? We’ve still got it!) to new beginnings. We’ll see you around town.

Hey BreadHeads. Unfortunately we’ve recently suffered a major equipment failure, and because of that we are going to be unable to offer sourdough breads at this time.
