Sweets by Vicky I'm a country girl who fell in love and married my high school sweetheart, we currently have two cats, a dog, and a beautiful little girl. Enjoy.

This page is my way of expressing myself and putting more yum into the world. I am a single person business, I have help here and there from my wonderful husband, my amazing mom and awesome mother-in-law. Please have patience with me, I work full time outside doing this as my hobby/side business, and I'm human. I will get back to you as soon as I can, but please bear with me! Hey all! Officially announcing a bread weekend for the weekend of October 24th! Pickup available on Sunday.

Flavors include:
Crusty Italian
Brown Sugar Cinnamon Swirl
Sesame Seed
Everything Seasoning
Other flavors available by request. Please send me a message!

Sizes includ Mini loaves, medium loaves, and mega loaves!
Mini loaves $5 or 2/$8
Medium $8 or 2/$13
Mega $13 or 2/$20

Alright everybody! I got home a little later then planned, so here it is!

I bought a 20 quart Hobart commercial mixer. Its a third horsepower, and weighs over 200lbs. (Special thanks to my hubby Eric Monzo and our friend Mike for helping me get it into the house!!!!)

Cool story behind it! This mixer is from 1959!!!!! It was kept at a monastery for the monks to make their bread, and they had to give it up because it doesnt have the metal cage around the top edge to make it "commercial". It was completely rebuilt and re-geared with all new gears, new pieces, new motor, transmission, everything in 2024.

The whisk and blade are the size of my HEAD!!! Lots of pics for comparison below. This is a big investment into my business, and I couldnt have done with without all of your love and support.

Also, to my hubby, thank you for making this happen. Thank you for seeing my crazy and loving me enough to make it happen. I couldn't do this without you.

Whirlwind of a weekend!

Had an event and double princess cake orders. Pretty proud of how much I got accomplished. Couldn't have done it without my hubby, his mom, and my mom and dad. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you to everyone that has purchased and always supports me. I love you all and am SO greatful.
