It is with great sadness that I have to announce that I have to take a hiatus from the business.

I am personally beyond devasted as I poured as much as I could into this business. I know I made mistakes and having learned from them, it's too late at the current moment.

There is a little bit of light at the end of this tunnel and I'm hoping I can put something together to get myself back out there to continue serving everyone, but for now, I have to step away.

I don't want to l say good bye, but see you soon.

For more than a decade, the Hammond Farmers & Artisans Market has been a Saturday tradition—connecting our community with local farmers, artisans, musicians, and small businesses.

This August, we're excited to take part in National Farmers Market Week (August 2–8) and the 18th Annual America's Farmers Market Celebration.

🗓 Voting opens August 1 and continues through September 30.

Throughout August and September, you'll have the chance to vote for the Hammond Farmers & Artisans Market as your favorite farmers market. Winning markets receive cash prizes that can be invested back into market programming, helping us continue to grow, improve, and serve our community.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be introducing you to the people who make our market special and sharing why farmers markets matter—not just to our vendors, but to our entire community.
