2.) Any order (including tastings) under $100 are prepaid.
3.) Any order over $100 must have a signed contract with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your date.
4) If an order over $100 is placed within 2 weeks prior to the date, the full amount must be paid upfront.
5.) **DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE**
6) I will contact you 2-3 days prior to your order due date to arrange a time and place to meet for pickup. If you end up being late, you'll have to pay the late fee and you could pick up whenever I'm next available.
7) Changes to your order can be made up 2 weeks prior to your due date. Changes are subject to additional charges. You may add to the order, but you cannot anything off the order.
8) We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use those photographs to promote and advertise our business without compensation to you
9.) Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts or allergens. By purchasing baked goods from us, you agree to notify your guests of these risks and hold us harmless to allergic reactions.
10) Sugar B's is a home based food establishment that sells handmade baked goods which complies with the state of Ohio's cottage laws.
