These will go into the fridge and can be baked tomorrow-Tuesday, let me know!

For some its preference of taste, the longer in the fridge the more tang it develops.

For some it’s their health! I’ve had folks who are gluten intolerant eat my bread with zero issue. Gluten allergy is different, but some who tend to stay away from gluten have been able to return to bread with the long fermentation😍
