I tried a new Cheesecake last night!
Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cheesecake.
It’s a creamy cheesecake with chopped maraschino cherries inside along with the center cream from my chocolate-covered Cherries blended into the batter. It’s topped with a rich dark chocolate ganache and a few of my homemade chocolate-covered cherries. Of course it’s all topped with Red Sprinkles.
