🐚⛵️ The summer Madison turned 11 ⛵️🐚

Removing my two-dozen minimum requirement was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my business. 🍪🤍

When stores like Jo-Ann’s and AC Moore closed their doors, I was forced to raise my prices because my suppliers no longer regularly offered the coupons and discounts I had relied on for years.

And that’s when I realized something🤔

By having a two-dozen minimum, I was unintentionally eliminating an entire group of customers from being able to enjoy my cookies.

Mamas who just wanted a few special cookies to celebrate their child’s birthday. A first communion. A dance recital. A graduation. A classroom celebration. All of those little moments that become some of our biggest memories. 🥹

And I thought- why would I ever want to keep my fellow mamas from being able to do that?

So I removed the minimum.

And honestly? It has been incredible.

Since then, I’ve gotten to create SO many designs I never would have made otherwise. I’ve gotten to meet so many wonderful people and families that I never would have crossed paths with. And most importantly, I’ve gotten to be a tiny part of so many of your most special moments.

Sometimes, doing what’s best for your business doesn’t mean making the most money possible. Sometimes, it means making room for more people.

And I’ll choose that every single time. 🤍🍪
