The “crumb” on sourdough is how it baked on the side.

My favorite part of baking is cutting into it after it rests and seeing the inside. But when I bake orders I don’t cut into it.

I would LOVE to see what the inside of yalls bread looks like once you decide to dig into it!

Jane Dough was fed about 2 hours ago and has over doubled in size!

Going to be throwing together a couple loafs this evening.

When you’re ready to order keep in mind it’s normally a two day turn around. From making the dough to baking the bread is at minimum a 12 hour time to give the dough its time to ferment.
