Hello everyone! Still trying to figure a solution to this Texas heat🌡 and keeping the baked goods fresh and safe.

Texas Cottage Law prohibits self serve stands and I cannot sit out in this heat.

In the meantime, made these fabulous Blueberry🫐 Scones for a special order today!

Special order scones are 8 per small batch and are packaged (4 ea) in these sweet boxes.

Please private message if you'd like to place a special order on the baked goods you've purchased before or seen on our page.

Our Charmed Cottage Bakery, at 418 N. Central in Hallsville, has been closed while we work on solutions for staying open during the hot summer months!

🩷️ Texas Cottage Law "Prohibits" self serve stands! 🩷

They require either the payment or pickup have a representative of the stand in attendance!

And even with the air conditioner in the trailer, the heat and humidity cause issues with the safety of baked goods.

We hope to post our menu with photos on Wednesdays. Customers will DM what they want and pickup days will be Thursdays and Fridays on our Front Porch!

That way our baked goods are kept safe and fresh inside our Cottage!

The Texas heat is definitely warming up and even with the air conditioning in our Bakery trailer, it's too difficult to keep our baked goods safe and fresh for you!

We've been thinking about weekly pre-orders and new ways to share our love for Baking and Tea.

This one is dear to my heart, of course, after 22 years of owning a Tea House!

Details are being worked out while I'm recovering from this UTI and cough that is lingering on!
