So, as most of you know, I haven’t been doing much baking for the public over the past 2 years because I was in school-and not in my own kitchen!
Well, I’m stil in school and still not in my own kitchen but it’s nearly the holidays and per usual, I’m baking!
So, seeing that I’m bridging both the Brattleboro (Vt) and Portland (Me) areas each month for now,
it stands to reason that I have a bigger customer base for whom to bake, right?! (I’m not counting all you kind folk with your rave reviews out there in Missouri and Kansas and wherever else that other Birdy’s Bakery is and keeps confusing its customers with me!)
So, what can I do for you? Hit me up.
Pies, cakes, cookies and nothing gluten free, except my famous dark chocolate flourless torte.

Today’s bake: Ginger pear pies and they smell so GOOD!
