The Noble Whisk is officially taking orders for The Haunted Harvest October Cookie Box.

This first launch is intentionally small, with 10 boxes available each week, so once they’re gone for the week, they’re gone. 👀

And the part I’ve been working toward for what feels like forever:

COOKIE ORDERS OPEN TONIGHT! 👀

We’re running the final system checks now, so keep an eye out. I’ll post as soon as ordering is officially open.

I’m starting small and intentionally with 10 cookie boxes available each week, with plans to grow as I learn what works. For October, that means 50 boxes total will be available across the month.

October kicks things off with The Haunted Harvest 🎃🍂

For launch, I’m starting with local delivery only in Poquoson and select areas of York County, Newport News, and Hampton. I’d love to expand into Virginia shipping in the future, but for now I’m keeping the launch local while I get everything running smoothly.

Deliveries will be on SATURDAYS unless otherwise pre-arranged. The process is as follows: orders will open on Saturdays and be delivered the following Saturday. Orders will close Mondays at 6PM. Once 10 orders are received for the week, the system will stop accepting orders.

This little bakery has gone from recipes spread across my kitchen, test batches, way too many cookies, labels, boxes, photos, a website, and a whole lot of learning… to actually opening for orders tonight.

That feels a little unreal. 🥹🍪

This might be the first time this has really felt like, “Oh wow… I’m actually doing this.” 😂🍪

The October flavors have been rolling out one by one, the box has come together, and The Haunted Harvest is ready.

That means the next step is the big one:

I’ve spent a lot of time getting these cookies where I want them, and I’m getting very excited to finally let other people have the box instead of just watching me bake it. 😂

I think every cookie box needs one flavor that isn’t trying so hard to get your attention. 😂🍪

The sixth October flavor is Brown Butter Maple Oatmeal.

No candy, no bright colors, no eyeballs.

Just brown butter, warm maple, cinnamon, and chewy oats.

And honestly, sometimes the simple one is the cookie you end up going back for.

This officially completes the six-flavor October lineup. 🍁

I think we’re officially past the point where this looks like a few October cookie ideas. 😂🍪

The Haunted Harvest is becoming an actual box.

We’re officially down to one final October cookie reveal. 🍪🍂

Cookie number five is Caramel Apple C***r, and this one might be the coziest of the bunch.

Think warm apple c***r and cinnamon, chewy pieces of apple, little pockets of caramel, and a rich brown butter base holding everything together.

It smells like fall, tastes like fall, and breaking one open might be slightly dangerous if you’re trying to save the rest. 😂

I started the week with a perfectly respectable chocolate chunk cookie.

By Tuesday there were candy eyes involved.

Wednesday looked like a trick-or-treat bag exploded.

Thursday smelled so much like cinnamon and pumpkin that productivity became optional. 😂

So far, 4 of the 6 October Cookie Box flavors have made their debut:

There’s something about a warm cookie and a cup of coffee that makes everything feel a little quieter. ☕🍪

The Pumpkin Patch Snickerdoodle smells like cinnamon and pumpkin the second you bring it close, with that warm cinnamon-sugar coating and soft, cozy center.

And yes, I absolutely dipped it in the coffee. 😂

This might be the most sit down, get comfortable, and stay awhile cookie in the October lineup.

There are some cookies you smell before you really even notice anything else.

The Pumpkin Patch Snickerdoodle is one of those. 🎃🍪

Warm cinnamon, pumpkin, and fresh-baked cookie all hit at once, and suddenly the whole kitchen smells like the coziest part of fall.

This one is soft, warmly spiced, and exactly the kind of cookie I want with a hot drink and nowhere to be.

Honestly, it smells like cinnamon and pumpkin heaven.

What are you choosing with it: coffee, apple c***r, hot chocolate, or milk?
