Not All Desserts Are Created Equal 🌿

Behind every Bird’s Nest is a story of patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

What looks like a simple sweet treat actually takes two full days to create. We start by making a special dough from scratch, carefully baking it until it becomes delicate golden strands. Those strands are then combined with a smooth dulce de leche buttercream and shaped by hand into each individual Bird’s Nest.

No shortcuts. No premade ingredients. Just time, care, and a commitment to quality.

The result is a dessert that is crispy, creamy, lightly sweet, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the kind of treat that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite.

At Coco & Friends, we believe great food starts with great ingredients, which is why our Bird’s Nest is made with Non-GMO ingredients and prepared in small batches right here in our kitchen.
