Here we have a delicious doz of my chocolate chip banana muffins with a delicious streusel topping.

The bottom is my new menu item my boozy peach dream filled cupcakes. Delicious brown sugar cinnamon cupcake filled with a homemade spiced pear liqueur and rye whiskey peach compote. Frosted with a creamy vanilla whipped frosting and topped with a two slices or spiced pear liqueur roasted peaches.

Love is in the air and the wedding bells are ringing. I had the honor to make this lovely wedding cake for a beautiful soon to be Mr and Mrs. They wanted fruit fillings so that is what they got.

Here we have a two tiered whipped frosting cake. Top tier is a strawberry shortcake cake ( vanilla cakes filled with strawberry compote and sliced sugared strawberries). Bottom tier is a brown sugar cinnamon cake with. Brown sugar cinnamon whipped cream cheese frosting base layer. Filled with two layers of a spice pear liqueur and rye whisky peach compote and one layer spice pear liqueur roasted peach slices.

They also ordered the jumbo chocolate Oreo cupcake for their one year anniversary instead of a 4” topper to be stored and frozen.
