MiMi's Sweet Sensations Delicious Home Baked Goods I am an extraordinary woman who has a passion for cooking and baking and who loves for people to enjoy what I’ve created.

I am not a fancy decorator; just a baker of delicious items. When I was about 8 years old I made my first cake from scratch; it was a Zuppa Inglese, which is an Italian pastry cream sponge cake. According to my mother, who by the way did not bite her tongue; said it was good. That started my fascination and thus my 30+ year passion for cooking and baking. Although I am not a decorator I can bake a

nything!! Often I play with recipes to see how I can put my own twist on them. Everything I bake is done with so much love because of the passion I have for what I do. I look forward to being able to satisfy your sweet tooth!!
