This weekend I made a ton of beautiful hand piped floral cupcakes for a graduation garden party!! These were quite a challenge for me...it was my first time making this style of cupcake. They were peonies,roses, garden roses, hydrangea etc. I love how they turned out! (Side note! Shoutout to all the floral cupcake bakery gals this skill takes soo much practice, time and patience!! 😮‍💨❤️🌸)

This honey cake from last week was soo good! (Honey cake, soaked w/ orange glaze topped with cream cheese whip & organic fresh fruit. I can't wait to stock up on some local honey this farmers market season! I used the last of my reserves in this cake!

Left over crème patisserie just calls for some pillowy cream puffs! Pâte à choux is so versatile I love making it! Cream puffs filled with pastry cream and vanilla bean whipped cream, dusted with confectioners sugar! What a lovely & airy bite!

Monday morning doughnuts! All scratch made ingredients! Soo fluffy & fresh! Brioche dough, filled w/ crème patisserie and sweet strawberry jam! The perfect light and springy pastry! (Inspo for these delish doughnuts from and recipe from and her lovely cookbook First, cream the butter and sugar) (strawberry jam by me!) A Shout out to my 9 yr old Ellie for her awesome doughnut custard video at the end!!

A sweet Autumn Blooms Baby shower cake. This textured palate knife floral cake was a 2 tiered cake. The top tier was a 4 inch 3 layer lemon scented cake and lemon curd. The bottom tier was a 6 inch 3 layer simply vanilla cake.
