We're doing Sourdough now!

Friday, Saturday, and (now) Sunday we're offering round or sandwich Sourdough loaves! We also got one of those small hand crank slicers (we don't have space for the big slicer machines😩) so we can finally offer sliced bread!

We have a Cookie Dough Cheesecake special on deck, only available while supplies last!

We also have a couple more flower bouquets this weekend (we're glad you've been enjoying them!💐) and we're loaded up on our weekend specials: Chocolate Croissants, Ham & Swiss Croissants, Raisin Twists, and Sourdough!

If you're looking for anything in particular feel free to call ahead at 908-808-4965 since we have a bad habit of running out of the exact thing you want right before you walk in! Already happened today with blueberry lemon muffins and our other weekend special semolina bread 🙁

EDIT: We will be open at 10am! May be a rocky start but otherwise should be business as usual today!

As of 6:30am Wednesday, August 12th we are closed due to the power outage. We will update this post with more information when the power is restored.

Cannoli Cake!

We've had a lot of requests for cakes recently, but between events, running a reduced summer crew, and working on expanding our menu, we haven't been able to take many orders and haven't been able to keep cakes on the shelves. But we're working on it! For now please enjoy a slice or two of cannoli cake! 🫡

We also have a new weekend special! Ham & Swiss Croissants and Chocolate Croissants will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from now on! I actually have pictures of these for once but honestly they're not very photogenic so I think we'll stick with the cake for now.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Fireworks Show on Saturday, it was our first real event and we're excited to do more in the future! Also a huge thank you to Mayor Rosemary Tuohy and Rutherfurd Hall for putting everything together!

I unfortunately did not think to take a single picture the entire time we were there, so instead enjoy some fresh flower bouquets we have in this week!

I am evidently not much of a picture taker 😕

Big News!

We're going to be at the Allamuchy Fireworks Celebration tomorrow, Saturday the first!

We're bringing a couple specials, including Ham & Swiss Croissants, Chocolate Croissants, and two types of Ice Cream Sandwiches! We'll also be packing a ton of cookies, pie slices, cannoli, almond croissants, and brownies, along with a huge cooler of Greene's Beans Cafe Alloro Blend iced coffee!

We're also super excited to be working with Kell's Kitchen (kellskitchennj.com) to offer some of her sourdough options, including Whipped Ricotta, Blueberry Lemon, and BLT!

Piña Colada Cheesecake!

Toasted coconut cheesecake topped with pineapple poached in a vanilla rum sauce, sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes and garnished with a maraschino cherry on a swirl of whipped cream!
