9-1pm: In the morning, grab a coffee, breakfast sandwich, and macarons.

6-9 pm: Open mic night ft local artists, poets, and musicians with more late night lattes and macarons.

We are still drafting up the school theme! Think apples, buses, notebook paper, and pencils. It’s going to be so cute.

THANK YOU for an amazing pop-up yesterday in Montclair, NJ! It was my first time popping up side-by-side with my favorite coffee shop .ily ♡

Here, I’m holding two of the many designs that sold out—Monarch Butterfly (Pumpkin Spice) and Hello Kitty Tiger Costume (Thai Tea).

Yep, that’s right! We are rolling out our fall flavors now!!

I love converting macaron haters into macaron lovers. There was one guy who was standing on the side while his friends bought macarons. I asked if he wanted to get any too and he said, “No, I don’t like macarons.”

*CHALLENGE ACCEPTED*

I handed him a crushed Strawberry Crunch macaron (one of my faves). I didn’t want to make him feel pressured to react a certain way, so I asked him to stepped to aside to take care of my line of customers. (Everyone was jealous he got a free macaron 😂)

10 minutes later, he walked up to me with a smile on his face and admitted, “Ok they were really good” and proceeded to buy another Strawberry Crunch and a Nutella macaron 🙂

Pop-ups at .ily are my favorite ♡ This was last Saturday with our Gudetama x Breakfast Collection!

I just wanna thank of .ily for giving Steph’s Macarons a home for our regulars to come to every month since April 🥹🥹

Steph and her employee’s reactions to every macaron collection we bring is just priceless! This time, Steph drafted up some drawings of her haveoite breakfast items for me to turn into macarons. (She’s obsessed with eggs btw).

I really appreciate my followers who make the long drive to come try my macarons 🥹 it’s so cool that y’all put my events on your bucket list of activities!!

We always have fun playing with our food. This time, I drew a Gudetama face on my avocado toast to match my macaron hehe.

Our August event schedule is here!! I thought July was crazy but August is even crazier!

I can’t wait to show you what I have planned for the ice cream truck macarons. It’s going to bring back so much nostalgia.

Our one last Barbie themed pop-up will be this Sunday 8/6 at .nj.

We will be having several Hello Kitty pop ups throughout the month so that everyone has an opportunity to grab these cuties.

Every other Thursday, we will be popping up in Hackensack for their movies under the stars. It’s a free family event. They will be playing How to Train Your Dragon and Puss in Boots.

THIS is what success looks like!
If 10-year olds can bake macarons, I’m confident you can do it too!!

Estella invited her crew to celebrate her 10th bday by making puppy macarons this weekend!

After hands-on experience with cracking eggs, measuring the ingredients, macaronaging, and finally piping them, they enjoyed snack time, a photo shoot, a bit of karaoke (swipe to hear their cute little voices & see their choreo!)

If you are interested in signing up for a class, I have one open to the public on Sunday July 23 from 2-5 pm. For private classes for kids and/or adults, please contact me on my website.

Congrats to our 5 newest Steph’s Macaron graduates! Cole is officially the youngest graduate, at 8 years old 😊

We made 5 flavors today: Dulce de Leche, Thai Tea, Champagne, Nutella, and Pistachio!

We had bakers of all skill levels. Some bake for their friends at Christmas time while others bake sugar cookies full-time! ()

You can take the class solo or you can bring a partner with you. We had a mother & daughter duo and a mother & son duo!

My next open class is Sunday, July 23 from 2-5 pm. We have 5 spots left.

Thin Mint macarons. I’ve been teasing y’all about these since March!

These are perfect for anyone who has never tried Girl Scout Cookies because macarons are gluten-free.

In April, I had some Girl Scouts join my in the kitchen for some R&D (research & development) to recreate your favorite Girl Scout Cookies. Reel coming out soon!

You can get them this Saturday (details below). We will have Thin Mint, Samoas, and S’mores macarons. You will also get the chance to purchase the actual GS cookies for a side-by-side comparison.

Hi there! I’d like to take a moment to re-introduce myself & give a life update as we have grown a ton in the last few months!

My name is Stephanie Tran. I started Steph’s Macarons almost 3 years ago as a side hustle when I was in dental school. It still is a side hustle, by the way.

I am new to North Jersey, as I moved here from Texas 11 months ago for my 1-year residency program in General Dentistry.

I am very much a go-with-the-flow kind of soul and didn’t know if I’d be back in Texas by the end of my program. The wind is telling me to stay in Jersey, so I am!!

In the next couple months, I’m transitioning into my full blown career as a dentist, so you can come see me for your dental needs if you’re local to the area! You can follow my dental page to see where I’ll be practicing.


I’m excited to see how my macaron business will grow and continue to adapt to my alternative life as a dentist.

Macarons have served as my creative outlet, but it has also served as my medium to connect with the community. Because of macarons, I’ve become acclimated to the area & have had the opportunity to attend so many unique events and meet amazing people. I feel like I belong here.

In the photoshoot, and I aimed to capture my professional life as a dentist while also highlighting the macarons I pour all my love and free time into when I’m at home. How did we do?
