A chicken cake for my daughter who turned 20 today. She loves her chickens and I needed an easy cake to decorate because I was running out of time so not my best work but she loved it. Alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with alternating layers of chocolate ganache and cookies and cream buttercream in between.

An order for bridal shower cookies this weekend. The bride wanted their initials on a cookie, white on white with a simple rose. She also wanted her dog on some of the cookies. The dog is all hand drawn with a white chocolate bow.

A pink flamingo volleyball birthday party for a 10 year old today. Chocolate decadent cake, vanilla buttercrean covered with white chocolate marshmallow fondant. The flamingos and volley balls were made out of the same fondant and the other details were painted on. What a fun cake to make.

Another successful experiment. Mocha mint chocolate chunk cookies. A hint of cocoa and espresso powder along with chopped up Andes Mints elevate these cookies past a typical chocolate chip.
