BAKERY POLICIES
Thank you for choosing A & B’s Bakehouse
To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.
1. ORDERS & BOOKING
• All orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance, besides cookies & other things that are posted as available ready.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.
• Rush or last-minute orders may incur an additional fee and are subject to availability.
* You can DM to order, or comment on the post you’d like to order from. If you comment, we will respond back, or if your messages are open for public messaging we will message you.
2. PAYMENTS
• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
• Any remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
• Production does not begin without payment. We accept cashapp, apple pay, and chime.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are offered once production has started.
• Cancellations made before production may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded). refunds may take 24-48 hours.
• Date changes are subject to availability and approval.
4. DESIGN & CUSTOM ORDERS
• All treats are handcrafted. While inspiration photos are welcome, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
• Minor variations in color, size, or decoration may occur.
• By approving your design, you acknowledge and accept our creative interpretation.
5. PICKUP & DELIVERY
• Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If delivery is selected, fees are calculated based on location.
• Once the Cookies/Treats leave our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by handling, transportation, or heat.
6. COOKIE/TREAT CARE & STORAGE
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage or heat exposure.
^ that being said all items are packaged & heat sealed for freshness, this does not mean they will stay good for weeks. we suggested eating the treats within 1-5 days.
7. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS
• Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.
8. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, along with clear photos.
• Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By placing an order with A & B’s Bakehouse you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
