Had a request to make banana pudding cheesecake bars and to incorporate biscoff cookies. So I made the crust from biscoff cookies then made the banana pudding cheesecake and added in some cookie butter and then topped it with the biscoff cookies, caramel and will add bananas to the top as they sell.

A lot went into making these and they’re soooo worth it. $8 a slice 🍌or 3 slices for $20
