✨ MEET OUR OWNER & FULL-TIME BAKER: SARAH! ❤️
Behind every loaf of homemade bread, every cheesecake, and every sweet treat is Sarah, a woman who decided to finally chase a dream she had carried with her for years.
In 2006, Sarah graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Accounting and Human Resources. 🤓While she was in college, she taught herself how to cook and quickly realized she had a gift for it. But her love for cooking started long before that. She grew up enjoying time in the kitchen with her mom, and those memories are still a big part of why she loves what she does today.
In 2014–2015, Sarah started feeling like something was missing. While working full-time, she decided to go to culinary school at Francis Tuttle. 👩🍳She knew she wanted to eventually have something of her own, so she purchased a building in Arkansas with the hopes of opening a bakery and restaurant.
Her dreams grew even more when she and her beloved husband expanded their family in 2018. Life got busy, but the dream of having her own bakery never really went away. ❤️
In 2023, Sarah sold the property in Arkansas and decided it was finally time to fully commit to her dream. She took a huge leap and purchased a food truck!
With barely a week under her belt, an opportunity came up that she couldn't pass up a chance to invest in an ice cream and bakery brick-and-mortar shop right here in the town of Guthrie.
And from there, the dream just kept growing!
🎉 October 2023: Sarah opened our first location!�🎉 January 2026: She doubled our space and opened our new location just around the corner! (109A W Oklahoma Ave)
☕ And now, we've even added coffee to the menu!
Today, Sarah continues to do what she loves most: serve people.
One of the things closest to her heart is making sure everyone has something they can enjoy, especially people with specialized diets and food restrictions. She wants this to be more than just a bakery. She wants it to be a place where people can come together, grab something homemade, work, visit, and just feel comfortable being here.

❤️And if you asked Sarah what advice she would give someone thinking about chasing their own dream, her answer would be pretty simple:
“Be prepared.”
Be prepared to work hard. Be prepared for things not to always go according to plan. Be prepared to learn as you go, make mistakes, change directions, and keep going anyway. And most importantly, be prepared for your dream to grow into something you never expected.
Sarah’s journey definitely hasn’t been a straight line, but somehow every twist and turn has brought her right where she is supposed to be today.
We’re so grateful she followed that little dream that never went away and that she gets to share it with our community every day. ❤️
