Weather Update for Sunday!

We are letting the rain move through the area before opening the stand today. We are hopeful to be able to set up 12pm and be open until 6pm.

We have several freshly baked loaves of sourdough bread including Jalapeño Cheddar and Garlic Parmesan, as well as our Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough quick bread that will be available. We even have a strawberry bread loaf! 🍓

In spite of Saturday and Sunday's rainy starts it's been a great weekend, and if you haven't had the chance to stop by yet, we hope you'll find us this afternoon!

What a busy past two weeks. We made it through graduation, whew!

We are very excited to open the stand back up again this Friday! Our rhubarb is up, and we've been busy baking rhubarb inspired recipes, including scones, muffins and new jam varieties. We'll even have some fresh rhubarb stalks available!

The sign will be up Friday morning at 9am, and we hope you'll stop by for a visit this weekend. 9am-6pm this Friday- Sunday.

We are a self serve stand, located directly off of Highway 44, 2 miles west of Panora, Iowa. We accept cash, check and venmo.

Our family has so much to celebrate with our oldest daughter finishing her sophomore year at ISU and moving into her first place, and our twins graduating high school... We are taking a little time the next couple weeks to enjoy and focus on the family!

Roost Roadside Market will be open again on May 29th for our next weekend sale! All of our rhubarb is up, so we're excited to make some new jams and rhubarb inspired baked goods, and will have a new menu up at the beginning of that week.

What a great Friday and Saturday at the stand. You've cleared us out of almost everything!

We still have a few boxes of cookies and bags of granola remaining today.

I will set out a few more freshly baked loaves of sourdough, cinnamon bread and scones tomorrow morning, so if you missed your opportunity today, please stop by Sunday morning.

My beautiful daughter home from ISU for the weekend spending some time with her mom installing and planting garden beds. We are so excited to see how our garden turns out this Summer! We got in our onions, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, carrots and potted cucumber seeds. Any suggestions on keeping the deer away, let us know!
