We'll be open 8 to noon tomorrow at our location in Guthrie Center with a case full of fresh chicken, pork, beef, and all the fixings to go with them this weekend! We will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day!

We will also have people in the Hy Vee stores listed below offering samples of some of our skinless brats if you're in the DM Metro from 10-1 tomorrow and Sunday. Come say hi and give them a try this weekend!

We have a ton of brats, burnt ends dip, bacon, side salads, local and not so local wine, beer, wood pellets, seasonings and MORE!
We're open until 5:30 tonight and The Bean Box will be out front with her coffee and goodies tomorrow from 8-noon!

We’re looking for some skinless bratwurst ambassadors in the Des Moines area this weekend! We're in 12 Hy Vee stores within the metro and would love to get some sampling in as many as possible! 🌭

Pay is $25/hour.

We’ll provide information about our business and products so you can confidently answer customer questions. The brats will be pre-cooked, so you won’t have to worry about cooking to lethality. Just warm them up at the store with their warmer.

A sparkling personality definitely helps! ✨
