My granddaughter wanted “dinosaurs and butterflies“ on her birthday cake this year. This is what we ended up with. Whimsical dinos on one side, and a cascade of colorful butterflies on the other. This cake is a two-fer! Three layers of strawberry cake with cookies and cream filling between the layers and Italian meringue buttercream.
