Hey everyone,
Happy Sunday i wanted to let everyone know this past week i have been dealing with a really rough flare i was in the hospital for a blood clot in my leg on tuesday so i have been taking the week and weekend to rest. i will be restocking the porch Saturday June 6 cant wait to see everyone🩵

I’m Payton — a wife, mama to 3 boys, and the heart behind every loaf baked here. Last year, I was diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia, and it completely changed my life. During one of the hardest seasons I’ve faced, I found comfort and purpose in baking. What started as a simple hobby quickly became something that truly brought me joy again.

I fell in love with the process of making sourdough — the patience, the creativity, and the love that goes into every loaf. After sharing my bread with family and friends, so many people encouraged me to start selling it… so I finally took the leap, and The Floured Porch was born.

Every loaf is homemade with care right here in Gulfport, Mississippi, and I’m so grateful for every order, share, and word of encouragement along the way. Your support means more to my family than you know.
