Hello all, we haven't been on FB too much recently, but wanted to provide an update for those who are interested.
The Spoon Trade closed in October of 2025 and we are now 100% moved out and awaiting permits for our new addition to the bakery.
We acquired 244 West Grand, directly next to GBSD and will plan to open up the wall to connect the two spaces. We will create a cozy 25-30 seat dining room offering a simple, scratch made menu.
We are currently making all bologna, chicken sausage, American cheese and several other goodies on site. We offer a few fun grab-n-go items for breakfast and lunch, but look forward to expanding our menu in the future.
The permitting process takes time and we are waiting for a stamp of approval from the city and the health department.

The bakery opens WED - SUN 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (or until sold out)
