Hi everyone! Yes, I'm sorry but here goes another one of my long, explanative, apologetic post! 😊 as most of you who follow this page know, I have been on the fence, back and forth for quite a while about my business. Some of you may think I'm a little wishy washy. It's very hard to choose between something you enjoy doing for fun, family and business. I've tried several times to cut back my work load so I could actually enjoy it and be able to do what I need to do for my family. That hasn't worked out so well. I know some of you are thinking well isn't being busy a good thing?! In a lot of cases yes.....but being overly busy and not being able to enjoy a job that was intended to be more of a hobby, is not quite what I intended this to be.
With that being said I have decided to take on a part time job somewhere, where I can go to work and come home. When you work from home, no matter how much you try, you are completely consumed by it. That is not what I hoped this adventure would be. I am still planning on making a few cakes here and there for family, friends and a few of my long time faithful customers who have also become more like friends. I can't give up completely because I love doing it and it gives me a creative outlet. I will eventually be deleting this public page once all my current orders are filled and I have time to save all my pictures.
I'm so very thankful to all of you for your business and many, many referrals over the last 4 years! Fear not if you have a standing order with me. Those orders will be filled. I'm looking forward to starting my new part time job and being able to come home and leave work at work. Thanks again! I love you all! If you have any questions feel free to message me.
