Newest PYPT flavor!
Strawberry daiquiri cake.
Strawberry cake made with fresh strawberries infused with Malibu rum. The filling was fresh strawberry jelly also infused with Malibu. I talked this off with a lime fluffy topping. And garnish with fresh strawberries and lime wheels.

This is a scrumptious! White Russian cake.
Mocha flavored cake lightly infused with vodka. Filled with a whipped coffee liqueur ganache. The topping is fresh whipped cream also infused with coffee liqueur.
And a few fresh flowers to top it off, and give it a touch of class :-)

Special Birthday cake for a special lady.
This one is just a straightforward moist and tender carrot cake with just the right amount of spice! Frosted with sweet and creamy cream cheese frosting.
Soooo yummy!

My newest flavor combo.
Buttermilk cake infused with blackberry whiskey. Blackberry and lavender compote, as well as a lavender infused real whipped cream filling. Topped with a sweet buttercream frosting.
Delicious!

Chocolate Boubon Cake 😋
Rich chocolate cake infused with bourbon. Filled with creamy pecan praline. This cake is topped off with chocolate ganache and garnished with pecan praline.

Newest flavor combo!
Cookies and cream cake.
Cream cake with crushed cookies, infused with cream liqueur.
Filled with cream liqueur buttercream and a layer of chocolate ganache. Buttercream also coats the sides. And topped with rich chocolate ganache. I garnished this one with crushed cookie crumbs and white chocolate dipped chocolate cookies.😋

Sweet Tart cake.
Raspberry cake, lightly infused with Limoncello. Filled with tart lemon pudding. And topped off with sweet creamy fluff. Garnished eith lemon slices and fresh raspberries. 😊

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to get a picture of this one before it got cut into. But this is the chocolate martini cake. Rich chocolate cake infused with vodka, a creamy chocolate liqueur filling, and topped off with creme de coco ganache. The very top is fresh whipped cream and garnished with chocolate liqueur drizzles. So very yummy😋

This is the Blue Daisy cake. Fashioned after the cocktail of the same name.
Light Lemonade cake infused with maraschino liqueur. Filled with blueberry mousse which is also infused with blueberry vodka. Finished off with a white ganache. Garnished with a blueberry drizzle and of course a few blue daisies :-)
