For anyone who saw this post this afternoon I wanted to explain my side of the story. Someone purchased cookies for me and was disappointed in what she received. I sent her some inspiration photos and she chose ones with bright colors but requested pastel colors instead. I say inspiration because I am not able to replicate any photo exactly and I cannot replicate every exact cookie cutter. She asked me to remake them and have them ready in four hours, which was impossible. The one cookie she was not happy with. I told her I would refund her, that is why I said I would refund her the $10. (Which was 4 cookies) she did not respond to that. I always try to accommodate all my customers, especially if there is a problem. I’m not trying to cause any problems or argue with anyone.
