Products are homemade in a home kitchen and NOT subject to state inspection. Mama Lokken hand makes all products to orders. Weddings, graduations and other special occasions cannot be accommodated. I wouldn't want to have my oven break or the electricity go out on your special day, sorry.

I spent almost two weeks eating hearty in Scandinavia and definitely ate more breads and pastries than usual and I lost two pounds! In my opinion, European breads are healthier than US breads and weight gain from bread over here may have more to do with the lack of quality ingredients. As much as possible, I try to mimic the quality and ingredients of European breads with a minimal ingredient list.
