I didn’t know if I could pull these off at first. My first attempt fell apart, but the second time around they turned out better than I imagined.

Funny how often the things we doubt ourselves on become the things we’re most proud of. A little reminder that growth usually happens right after “try again.”

Kind of like motherhood — imperfect, messy, full of do‑overs, and somehow more beautiful every time you give it another go. 💜✨

🌷 Tulips and banana bread will always make me think of my Grandma Jane. So, I folded both into this macaron.

🍌 Filled with caramel, banana, cinnamon, & walnut buttercream. A homemade gluten‑friendly banana bread center, and a little caramel drizzle. 🍞

Her passing is what led me back to macarons, and somehow this little tulip feels like a way of keeping her close. 🩷

👵🏼 It’s my first Mother’s Day without her, but I’m grateful for the pieces of her that still show up in the things I make.
