I have been looking forward to this all week long! Hot Mango Jam from Lola's on a toasted piece of Everything Sourdough, arugula, salami and prosciutto, blueberry goat cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey.

The Hot Mango Jam is a tangy sweet jam with a subtle growing heat and pairs perfectly with the savory Italian meats and the tang of goat cheese.

An Update from Orange Blossom Baking Co.

As many of you know, life has a beautiful (and sometimes surprising) way of shifting our focus just when we need it most. Between sea tours, our kiddo starting school, family health, and upcoming travel, this season is calling me to be fully present at home—to pour into my family and embrace my role as the matriarch and provider in a deeper way.

Because I’ve always baked from a place of love and legacy—honoring my grandmother’s memory in every recipe—I know it’s time to take a step back and allow space for rest, reflection, and renewal.

For now, I’ll be taking an extended leave of absence from baking and am no longer accepting orders. While this chapter is shifting, it’s not the end—just a new rhythm. God has a way of placing me exactly where I need to be, and I’m listening with an open heart.

I am so grateful for everyone. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Moving forward, I’ll be sharing more in a teaching role—offering sourdough tips, recipes, and techniques to help you bake confidently in your own kitchens. I will continue to offer my starters to anyone wanting to learn. Orange Blossom will still be here, just in a new way.
